As we sit here writing this on this beautiful sunny day, we have been experiencing the new
ProThin weight management system for coming up to seven weeks (49 days) now.
To be honest, we love our food and the thought of cutting out our main meal of the day was
indeed quite daunting, especially because we do enjoy our food and a lot of it!
Wow! Was we surprised! With taking the Thermogenic
Blend Tablets 3 times per day, then having the Pre-Meal
tablets just before we had anything to eat, and one Meal Replacement Shake in the morning then
another one in the evening, we have found it very easy to cut out these heavy evening
meals, as they really do make us feel full plus we haven't even been craving all those
lovely foods we were eating before.
We both decided that we would do the intense course, by replacing two meals per day and
only eating at a lunchtime, but we did not do any extra exercise and we have also still
made a weekend "our time for us to indulge". Yes, we still like our mixed
grills, chinese, etc and with the weather don't forget the sociable BBQ's!
Mind you, even with all these indulgences, Martin so far has now lost over 16lb in weight
- but it is not just the weight, the inches are starting to disappear as well.
Barbra (who does not need to lose anywhere near as much) has now lost 6lb in weight so
far, but have now almost dropped a full dress size, with a pair of shorts worn again for
the first time in over two years!
We cannot 'weight' to see the results after a full three months and we already know that
these products will make such a difference to so many. But we will definitely keep
you posted.

Just a quick note, we have now been on the Prothin weight management programme for 90 days
now and what results.
Absolutely fantastic - After 90 days I lost 23 pounds in weight and over 17.5 inches, with

Barbra has lost just over 7 pounds in weight but incredibly has lost over 9 inches after
